The PTI obligation remains in force:

The legislation governing the activity of PTI and the legal circulation of vehicles on public roads is regulated at the level of Government Ordinances (OG no.81 / 2000 and OUG no.195 / 2002, both with modifications and completions);

1. The proof of the execution of the PTI as well as the Certificate of PTI does not fall under the military ordinances until now, the economic operators that issue them are not public authorities and the documents in question are not subject to exchange;
2. The safety of travel on public roads must remain a priority also during this period when the transport system is a vital line for the economy;
